Welcome to VoidStone ("VoidStone," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
VoidStone provides game server hosting services. Details about specific plans, pricing, and features are outlined on our website.
To use our services, you must create an account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By using our services, you agree not to:
Use our services for illegal activities or purposes.
Distribute harmful content, including malware, viruses, or any malicious software.
Engage in activities that harm our infrastructure or disrupt other users' experience.
Use our services to host prohibited content, including but not limited to: hate speech, harassment, or copyrighted material without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this policy.
Payments for services are due in advance, based on your selected plan.
All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
We use Stripe as our payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service.
VoidStone reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or activities that compromise our platform's integrity.
VoidStone is committed to providing reliable hosting services with a target uptime of 99.9%. However, the following exceptions apply and are not covered under this SLA:
Scheduled Maintenance: Periodic updates or maintenance announced in advance.
Acts of God and Force Majeure: Events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or governmental actions.
Third-Party Attacks: Downtime caused by Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or other malicious activities originating outside of our organization.
Client Actions: Downtime resulting from user configuration errors, misuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
In the event that uptime falls below 99.9% outside of these exceptions, users may request compensation in the form of account credits. The amount and applicability of credits are at VoidStone’s sole discretion and must be requested within 14 days of the outage.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, VoidStone does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
VoidStone is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold VoidStone harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
All content, logos, trademarks, and materials provided by VoidStone are our intellectual property. You may not use or reproduce our intellectual property without prior written consent.
VoidStone reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
